Geledah Rumah Warga Puntik Ini, Subdit 1 Polda Kalsel Sita 14 Paket Shabu

TERSANGKA dan barang bukti yang disita (foto istimewa/Ditresnarkoba Polda Kalsel )

Banjarmasin, BARITO – Rudiansyah alias Rudi (47) hanya bisa pasrah ketika beberapa anggota Subdit 1 Ditresnarkoba Polda Kalsel menemukan 14 paket shabu  berat kotor 4,07 gram (bersih 1,27 gram) di kediamannya Jalan.Puntik Tengah Gg.Hidayah Desa Mandastana Kecamatan Mandastana Kabupaten Barito Kuala.

Barang bukti yang disembunyikannya di bawah kamar tidur rumah itu disita melalui penggeledahan yang dilakukan petugas dipimpin langsung Kasubdit 1 AKBP Matsari HS ,Jumat (4/9/2020).   sekitar pukul 17.35 Wita Rudi pun tak bisa mengelak lagi dan langsunh dibawa ke Mapolda Kalsel untuk proses hukum.

Direktur Ditresnarkoba Polda Kalsel Kombes Pol Iwan Eka Putra melalui Kasubdit 1 AKBP Matsari HS  membenarkan penangkapan yang dilakukan jajarannya . Menurut Matsari gerak gerik  tersangka sebelumnya sudah diamati oleh anggotanya berdasarkan informasi masyarakat.

Dalam penggeledahan itu selain barang bukti shabu, pihaknya juga menyita  satu timbangan digital,  satu bendel plastik klip dan ponsel yang diduga digunakan tersangka yang juga tercatat memiliki alamat di  Jalan Manggis Gg.Nangka  Kelurahan Kuripan Kota Banjarmasin itu

“Akibat perbuatan nya tersangka dijerat Pasal 114 ayat (1) sub Pasal 112 ayat (1) UU RI No.35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika” pungkas Matsari.
